The problem

A national engineering firm needed current financial and project numbers across all of its offices. The nightly data refresh was slow, and some important information, like performance targets and employee details, lived in spreadsheets that nobody owned.

What we built

A nightly update from their accounting system that brings in only what changed, and reporting that shows what clients owe and how long they take to pay, at any point in time. Staff can change targets right inside a report, and the update is saved to the company data. Small internal apps handle employee details and company email notices.
