What we build

Every project starts with a business problem. First we bring your data together in one place you can trust. Then we build what your team uses every day on top of it: reports, AI helpers, forecasts and simple tools.

01 · Core service

One trusted home for your business data

We pull the data from your accounting, operations and other systems into one place, clean it up, and keep it updated every night without anyone lifting a finger. We build this on Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft's data platform, whether you are starting fresh or moving off an older setup.

  • Connect the systems you already use, from QuickBooks and your ERP to SQL databases, cloud apps and spreadsheets
  • Clean and combine the data so a customer, claim or employee is counted once, however many systems they appear in
  • One agreed definition for every number, checked against your current reports before anyone switches over
  • Nightly updates that stay fast as your data grows, with alerts if something goes wrong before it reaches a report
  • Let your team correct or add figures right from a report, saved back in seconds
  • Move off older tools and scattered reports without losing history
  • Keep costs in check by sizing the platform to what you actually use
  • Control who can see what, by department or by client

Tools we use: Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Data Factory, Spark, Fabric SQL database, Git-based deployment.

How the pieces fit

Your systems feed one central store, where the data is cleaned up in three stages. Everything we build reads from the final, trusted stage. Select any part for details.

02 · Growing focus

AI agents for routine work

AI helpers that take routine work off your team: they look at your data, prepare a draft and suggest the next step. A person approves each item before anything happens.

  • Each agent gets one clear job, the information it may use, and firm limits on what it can do
  • Several agents can work side by side on a schedule, with all their suggestions in one place
  • Approve, edit or reject in the tools your team already uses; edits go back to the agent to revise
  • Built-in checks so an agent can only suggest the actions it was set up for, and approved work runs once
  • Answers drawn from your own data and documents
  • Runs inside your own Microsoft account, so your data stays yours
  • A full record of every suggestion and approval, and what each agent costs to run

Tools we use: Microsoft Foundry, Azure, your Fabric data.

One example of how agents can work. We design each workflow around your process and systems. What stays the same: a person approves before anything happens, and edits go back to the agent to revise.

Forecasts, predictions and smarter planning

AI is only as good as the data it learns from. Because we set up your data first, our forecasts and assistants start from numbers you already trust.

We also tell you when a simple rule will do the job better than AI. Some problems don't need AI, and you shouldn't pay for it where it adds nothing.

A new model has to prove it beats the current one, first quietly alongside it and then on live work, before it takes over.

Prediction and forecasting

Models that estimate a number before you know it: what a payer should allow on a claim, next quarter's cash collections, demand, prices. Built from your own history.

Classification and matching

Sorting thousands of records into the right group: spotting contracts that are really the same, sorting claim denials by cause, and matching up records from systems that don't line up neatly.

Generative AI on your data

Ask a question about your business in plain English and get an answer from your own numbers. AI can also review your reports, point out what changed and why, and learn from your team's feedback. It runs inside your own Microsoft account, and people only see what they are already allowed to see.

Optimization and scheduling

For problems with too many rules to juggle by hand: staff schedules that respect certifications, rest and fairness, seating charts, assignments and routes. You get several options to choose from, and a plain explanation of any rule that could not be met.

Data ready for AI

Before AI touches your data, it has to be safe to use. We find sensitive details such as patient names, birth dates and ID numbers, then hide or remove them, and keep a record of what we did.

Tested, then shipped

Every model is tested on data it has never seen, so its accuracy is honest. Once it is in use, we keep it up to date and watch for the moment it starts slipping (see the lifecycle above).

04

Custom tools for your team

When a spreadsheet or report is not enough, we build a simple web app around how your team works: find it, check it, update it, act on it.

  • Secure web apps your team signs into with their existing Microsoft work account
  • Connected to the same trusted data as your reports
  • Each person sees only the records they should
  • Approvals, reminders, exports and notifications built in
  • One platform that can serve many clients, for firms that work on behalf of others

Tools we use: React, .NET, Node, Azure, Microsoft Entra ID.

05

Reports and dashboards

Reports that all draw from the same trusted data, so the numbers match everywhere.

  • Executive scorecards and financial reports that refresh on their own
  • Pulling scattered reports together so everyone works from the same figures
  • Fast reports, even over years of history

Tools we use: Power BI.
