DashPoint Analytics started in healthcare analytics and grew into data platform engineering. Today we design and build Microsoft Fabric platforms, and the machine learning and applications that run on them, for mid-market companies and the consulting firms that serve them.

Keith Hoover
Founder and CEO
Keith spent 18 years in healthcare IT as a software developer, data analyst, IT manager and VP of Strategy and Technology, where he led an organization-wide data intelligence program for a life plan community. He founded DashPoint to bring that work to more organizations, and now leads its Fabric engagements hands-on: lakehouse architecture, Spark pipelines, model training and the applications built on top.
Jesse Wenger
Managing Partner
With a background supporting government IT solutions, Jesse has focused on business process analysis, turning complex data into insights people can act on, building scalable technology solutions and strengthening how organizations make decisions. At DashPoint he specializes in data architecture, integration and analytics, using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL and Azure to help organizations modernize their data and get better results from it.
Ryan Hoover
Power BI Developer and Data Analyst
Ryan builds the reports and dashboards DashPoint clients use to run their business, from executive KPIs to financial and operational reporting in Power BI. He has a designer's eye for turning data into a clear story, with visuals that catch attention and make the point at a glance. He brings more than 14 years of financial analysis, portfolio management and investment experience, including work as an investment analyst at Africa Capital Group, so he reads the numbers the way a finance team does and checks that they add up before they reach a dashboard.

Orchard Stack
Orchard Stack provides custom software development, IT consulting and technology solutions that help businesses modernize their systems and streamline operations. It designs, builds, integrates and maintains scalable applications and cloud-based solutions tailored to each organization's needs, and also runs its own operations platform for Meals on Wheels programs.
We work together when a project needs both production software and data: Orchard Stack's application engineering and long-term support, alongside DashPoint's data platforms, analytics and AI.
